Arctica Estates Online Terms and Conditions
These terms are valid for Arctica Estates.
1. Booking and booking confirmation
Products and services (“Products”) are reserved online in https://www.arcticaestates.com. All bookings are confirmed by email from Arctica Estates. Necessary customer information is required in the booking process before reaching booking confirmation. Customer shall accept the terms and conditions valid at the time of the booking. Bookings can be made by adult (above 18 years) and competent persons only. If a minor is accommodated alone, the guardian of the minor shall inform us in written in advance that 1) the accommodation is accepted by the guardian and that 2) the guardian takes full responsibility of the minor and his/her actions. Any booking shall be made latest 7 (seven) days prior to the check-in time at Arctica Estates.
2. Payment methods – web payment
Products are paid for mainly in the online booking process. The customer may pay online with the payment methods shown in the booking process. If the payment is done with a transfer broker, such as Visa, MasterCard or PayPal, the terms of the broker only shall apply.
3. Arrival and departure
Check-in time is earliest at 12 am and check-out takes place latest at 10 am.
4. No-show booking
If the customer has not arrived on the date of arrival and the booking has not been cancelled according to the terms and conditions, no refund will be paid.
5. Booking cancellation
Cancellation of the booking shall be done online by replying to the booking confirmation e-mail.
Arctica Estates has the right to cancel the booking in case of force majeure or another overpowering issue. In such a case the full prepaid amount will be credited the customer. Arctica Estates has the right to cancel the booking in case a prepayable amount has not been paid within the set time limit.
The guest of Arctica Estates should have inclusive Travel insurance policy covering any and all harmful losses of the guest.
If the booking has caused special expenses to Arctica Estates before the cancellation, regarding Products ordered by Arctica Estates from a third party at the request of the customer, the expenses will be fully charged regardless of the cancellation case.
Booking confirmation is made against a 100% prepayment only. In case the payment has not materialized within 1 week from the booking for any reason, Arctica Estates has the right to cancel the booking confirmation.
• A basic fee of 100 €, included in the price, is not refundable.
• Free cancellation of a booking applies 0 – 14 days from the booking date. The full prepaid amount, deducted by the basic fee, will be refunded.
• Thereafter a 25 % cancellation fee applies until 61 days prior to the arrival date.
• A cancellation fee of 50% applies 60 – 30 days prior to the arrival date.
• A cancellation fee of 100% applies 30 – 0 days prior to the arrival date.
Cancellation fees apply to the whole booked period, not just for the first night.
7. Other information
We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions herein, as well as those given elsewhere in the web site.
The customer shall read and accept the terms and conditions before making the booking. All the terms and conditions valid at the time of booking remain valid for any and all dates booked by the customer. In case a shown In-Destination price should be different at the time of the stay, the lower of the prices is valid.

Products booked online include value added taxes (VAT). The products bookable and prices payable only In-Destination include value added taxes too.
The total unpaid balance accumulated in the destination may be charged whenever it exceeds 1000 €.
The accommodation and restaurant business act (28.4.2006/308) is applied herein.
Arctica Estates develops its operation and website continuously. The right to change the site content is reserved.
